Spring hiking week of the Sauerland hiking inns
Schmallenberg. Fresh greenery and mild weather in spring make you want to go on extensive hiking tours. During the spring hiking week of the Sauerland Wandergasthöfe, a total of five tours of nine to a maximum of 15 km invite you to approach spring. They lead into the regions of Schmallenberg/Saalhausen, Eversberg/Föckinghausen and Wenholthausen. The inns themselves have put together the most beautiful hiking routes and accompany their guests. At lunchtime, rustic specialities are served in rustic huts and shelters. The hiking inns also provide comfortable transport for participants from the individually booked hiking inn to the respective regional start of the day and back.
For 89 € including 5 rustic lunch breaks, coffee and cake on the final day as well as all transfers, spring-hungry nature lovers are also included. Your accommodation in a hiking inn of your choice can be booked additionally. If you come from the region, the weekly package can also be booked without overnight stay.

A weekend with exercises in mindfulness
Schmallenberg-Bad Fredeburg. A whole weekend full of attention for oneself and for the view on one's own basic attitude. Breathe deeply. Come to rest. Experience nature and get to know a mindful life. Simple exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life form the basis for mindfulness as a state of mind. More calmness and serenity will come about and have a positive influence on health. Blood pressure and heart rate improve, muscle tension is lowered and pain and stress are reduced.
From Thursday to Sunday, participants engage in meditation, exercises in body awareness, nature experiences and more. The pleasant surroundings and stylish accommodation in the 4-star hotel on offer also contribute to a short stay full of relaxation and new orientation. Participants should always bring comfortable clothing, warm socks, weatherproof clothes and shoes.
The package (Thursday to Sunday, from 415,- € per person) includes all exercise units on Friday and Saturday, accommodation in a comfortable room, breakfast, lunch snack and evening menu as well as the use of the SPA area. Bookable from 18.05. - 21.05. and from 07.09. - 10.09.2017.
